2011 Recipient AAP teaching and mentorship award in recognition for teaching at VCU . I've been an adjunct faculty at the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) since 1998.
My clinical interests are in regenerative periodontics, implantology, tissue regeneration and surgical lasers. I have been invited to lecture nationally and internationally including at IADR, AAP, AO, ADA, CAOMS and AAOMFS annual meetings and many other international, regional and local meetings.
I practice with my wife, Dr. Lourdes Christopher who was my perio classmate (Ohio State- Go Bucks!) . We live in McLean, Virginia, a suburb of Washington D.C. with our daughter Dana and son Zachary.
