Exhibitor Warning

Third party companies, who are not official AAP vendors, have been soliciting exhibitors for room reservations, lead retrieval units, list rentals, and other trade show products and services. These organizations may misrepresent themselves as AAP official vendors. Exhibitors may be contacted by fax, email, or phone with offers for cut-rate services. If you receive an email from a company trying to sell you a list; please note these are not actual attendee lists and these companies are NOT authorized AAP vendors.

Installation/Exhibitor Move-In

Targets move-in (freight only): Wednesday, Oct. 24 2 - 5 p.m.
Targets move-in:* Thursday, Oct. 25 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
General exhibitor move-in: Friday, Oct. 26 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  Saturday, Oct. 27 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

*The service contractor will contact companies that will be targeted for move-in.

Dismantle/Exhibitor Move-out

Tuesday, Oct. 30 3 - 10 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 31 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.


Booth Costs

$37.50 per square foot
$250 charge for each corner
Booth units are in increments of 100 square feet, with the smallest booth being a 10’ x 10’ unit.

All space assigned and contracted after April 13, 2018, must be accompanied by the full amount due.

Exhibit Space Fee Includes:

  • Rental of booth space
  • 8’ high draped back wall and 3’ high draped side rails
  • Aisle carpeting
  • Booth ID sign
  • 24-hour hall security
  • General cleaning of hall aisles and lounge areas
  • Four complimentary registration badges per 100 square feet
  • One listing in the Annual Meeting On-Site Program of company name, phone, fax, web address, and booth number
  • Products and services listing in Annual Meeting On-Site Program
  • Access to Exhibitor Lounge
  • Access to Perio Park
  • Participation in on-site booth selection for the 2019 Annual Meeting by appointment. All appointments are set in order of priority points.
