Stop by the 2018 Exhibit Hall to check out more than 300 booths showcasing the latest periodontal products, services, and technologies. The 2018 Annual Meeting Exhibition will take place at the Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building inside Exhibit Halls ABC.

Professional registrants will receive complimentary grab-and-go lunch tickets with their registration materials that may be redeemed in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Each daily voucher is valid for one grab-and-go lunch with three options to choose from. The grab-and-go lunch will include one bottle of water per person. Meals for spouses, guests, and exhibitors may be purchased at the Bistro in the Exhibit Hall as well as additional beverages. 

Extended Welcome Reception

Kick off the 2018 Annual Meeting at this year’s extended Welcome Reception on Sunday, Oct. 28 from 5-6:30 p.m.! This festive, fun-filled event will feature hors d’oeuvres and time with exhibitors. Professional attendees will receive two drink tickets in their registration packets. This is a great opportunity to network and show support to the exhibitors.

Member Resource Center


Visit the Member Resource Center (booth #927) in the Exhibit Hall to:

CE Pavilion

Participants will be able to log continuing education (CE) credits at the CE Pavilion in the Exhibit Hall. The CE Pavilion will be designated to print certificates of attendance and/or presentation. The terminals will be located directly in front of the 1600 aisle. CE verification forms for Hands-On Workshops will be provided at the sessions only and will not be available online. CE verification forms for the Dental Hygiene Symposium will be issued to all participants via email and post-meeting.

Research Forum Poster Session

Two poster sessions will be featured this year:

The AAP’s Research Forum Poster Session provides a platform for clinical and basic research to be presented by those in the field of periodontics. Finalists and authors will present their research on Sunday, Oct. 28 at 10 a.m.

Posters from the Japanese Academy of Clinical Periodontology and the Japanese Society of Periodontology will also be on display. View the full list of abstracts here

Periodontal Career Fair

Are you a new practitioner or recent graduate looking for that perfect job, or an established periodontist looking for a partner or an associate? If so, the Periodontal Career Fair is the place to be. It is a great opportunity for employers and recent graduates to meet, network, and get the leads you have been looking for.
