PERIODONTITIS: AGGRESSIVE PERIODONTITIS GENERALIZED FORM : In addition to the common features described under "aggressive periodontitis", it is characterized by an interproximal attachment loss of 4 mm or more on at least 2 permanent teeth (one of which is a first molar) and involving at least three teeth other than first molars and incisors. Onset is usually circumpubertal. Serum antibody response to infecting agents is usually weak. Formerly EARLY-ONSET PERIODONTITIS, GENERALIZED JUVENILE PERIODONTITIS and SEVERE PERIODONTITIS.
